The Filipino Youth Forum was part of a three-day Philippine Festival in London held between 8th and 10th June 2001. Our group was asked to take part by organising the forum.

It was a complete disaster. We spent several months preparing but on the day it seemed to be hijacked by the Festival organiser.

In our opinion, the event was a sham and we felt completely betrayed. However, although nothing was accomplished, we leared a lot from the experience.
